New to Spin?
The beauty of indoor cycling is that you can adapt classes to your own fitness level. Our teachers coach you to rest when you need it and to work hard in between ---- but how you manage the class is totally up to you. No one knows how hard you work but you!
Come to one of our free "Intro to Spin" sessions and we will show you exactly how to work the bike and manage the class. We will walk you through all the basics so your first class will feel comfortable. We have a wide range of fitness levels in a class, and they can all enjoy the experience.
